how to get off financial aid suspension direct loans FAFSA?
No i did not use the money for no school stuff, while i was in college my mom became very ill so i missed a lot of classes and i fell behind and basically i did not pass the semester, so fafsa place me on financial suspension… it was a hard time for me and my familycall FAFSA
I didn’t even know FAFSA could suspend you. What did you do…use the money for non-school stuff?
Can I pay my FAFSA direct loan while I am at school?
Is it right that once you start paying your fafsa direct loan while you are at school, you have to keep making payments? Or can you pay certain amount of money when you get some? Lets say I have 5000 loan dept and i am a third year student. By chance I managed to make 3000. Can I go head and pay the 3000 to my dept? Or if i start paying back my loan, i have to keep it up untill i am done.maybe this will help….

Student loans – how do i check where my refund will go (fafsa~direct loans~osu)?
i dont know if the money will go to my account or my parents account. how do i check or change itYour student loans will go directly to the school. You won’t get a refund check from loans unless you borrowed more than you need. As far as grants, if there was anything left over after your grant has paid the school, then you will get a refund by mailed check or direct deposit. You can check or change your loans/grants by logging into your account at your school’s website.
If the loan was a parent PLUS loan, the excess will go to your parents. If the loan was a student Stafford loan, the excess will go to you.

Usually you have a semester of financial aid probation in which you have to get your GPA up before your fin aid is suspended. So, apparently you have two semesters of bad grades. You have two choices. You can 1. write a letter of appeal to the fin aid office to get your fin aid reinstated or 2. pay for the classes yourself so you can get your grades up and get your fin aid back.
